Easy Cajun Lemon Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
Cajun's Choice Creole Seasoning
garlic granules or powder
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup parsley
3 tablespoons lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350. Generously sprinkle Creole Seasoning over chicken. Lightly sprinkle garlic granules or powder over chicken. In oven-proof skillet, melt butter, add olive oil and heat on medium high until it just starts to smoke. Add chicken. Brown on one side for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn and brown other side. Sprinkle lemon juice and parsley over chicken. Transfer to oven and cook for about 35 minutes or until chicken is done in the middle. Spoon pan juices over chicken and serve.
