Chop celery, onion, bell pepper and canned tomatoes. Mince garlic.In large skillet, melt butter over med-hi heat. Add celery, onion, bell pepper, basil, thyme and Cajun's Choice Creole Seasoning. Cook about 15 minutes until soft. Add tomatoes, garlic, sugar, seafood stock and wine. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add shrimp and cook another 10 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
