Easy Cajun Shrimp Alfredo
(also works with chicken or scallops)

1 package Cajun Shrimp Mix Seasoning Mix
1 pound cleaned medium shrimp (boneless pieces of chicken or scallops can be substituted)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
10 oz. of prepared alfredo sauce (available in the dairy case or use a package mix)
1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
1/3 cup chopped green onions
12 oz. pack fettucini noodles (cooked)

Melt butter in skillet and saute shrimp (chicken or scallops) with chopped tomato, Cajun Shrimp Mix Seasoning Mix and green onions. When seafood or chicken is "just done," stir in Alfredo Sauce and warm through. Toss in cooked fettucini to desired consistency. Mix well and serve.
