"Blackened" fish is a relative newcomer to Cajun cuisine but this flavor-rich recipe caught on like wild fire. Our medley of red, black and white peppers with oregano and onion is moderate in heat by Louisiana standards and is relatively low in salt. Our Blackened Seasoning can be used as a secret flavoring for everything from stuffings to casseroles to pizza. You'll find it really adds zip to a barbecue too.
